Hired or Fired is an immersive VR experience where you take on the role of a Mafia boss running business from your office. Your mission? Decide who’s trustworthy enough to join your criminal empire — and who deserves to be fired… literally.

Interview shady characters, examine their documents and photos, and interrogate them using voice commands or scripted dialogue. Then make your judgment: pay them… or punish them.

🎮 Game Modes

From the main scene, choose between two distinct gameplay styles:

🔹 AI-Driven Interrogation

Speak freely to the character using your voice. An AI will generate responses in real time. Press a button on the desk if you need extra hints or clarification.

🔹 Dialogue-Based Interrogation

Prefer a more controlled experience? Use a system of prewritten dialogues to question suspects and uncover the truth.

🕹️ Interactive Mafia Office

• Smoke cigarettes and Cuban cigars
• Sip on aged whiskey
• Snort cocaine
• Shoot pistols
• Smash bottles and glasses (by hand or gunfire)
• Blow up a fire extinguisher with a bullet

🎯 Bonus Minigame

Test your aim in a built-in shooting challenge: destroy all the bottles lined up on a shelf using your trusty gun.

• A stable internet connection is required
• The VR headset’s microphone must be set as the default input device
